I marinated the wings with salt and pepper powder with a bit garlic powder before I fried them. I have the Louisiana hot sauce in the cabinet but I wanted to try something different, so I made it with bbq sauce instead. Basically, the bbq sauce is just everything that I can find in the cabinet and mixed it all together.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;a href="http://s672.photobucket.com/albums/vv81/PinzDaily/?action=view&amp;amp;current=food013.jpg" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;img style="width: 418px; height: 278px;" src="http://i672.photobucket.com/albums/vv81/PinzDaily/food013.jpg" alt="Photobucket" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;When I made this I didn’t measure the ingredients. The following recipe is my estimated version. Alter the amount of ingredients to match your taste.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 153, 0);"&gt;Marinade (dry rub):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;20 chicken wings&lt;br /&gt;1 tsp salt&lt;br /&gt;½ tsp paprika powder&lt;br /&gt;½ tsp cayenne powder&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 153, 0);"&gt;BBQ sauce:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1/3 cup brown sugar&lt;br /&gt;¼ cup ketchup&lt;br /&gt;1/3 cup white wine&lt;br /&gt;¼ cup Louisiana hot sauce&lt;br /&gt;1 tbsp maple/corn syrup&lt;br /&gt;¼ tsp salt&lt;br /&gt;1 tsp cayenne pepper powder&lt;br /&gt;¼ tsp paprika pepper powder&lt;br /&gt;¼ tsp chili pepper powder&lt;br /&gt;¼ tsp garlic powder&lt;br /&gt;1 dash black pepper&lt;br /&gt;1 ½ tbsp butter&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Fry chicken:&lt;br /&gt;Dry the chicken wings and marinade the chicken wings with dry rub.&lt;br /&gt;Set for 5 minutes and fry the chicken for 10 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Make sauce:&lt;br /&gt;Combine all ingredients in a pan that is large enough to add the chicken wings in later.&lt;br /&gt;Heat the sauce on medium heat and stir until the mixture melts then turn off the heat.&lt;br /&gt;Add the chicken wings and mix until chicken is covered with sauce. Mix breadcrumbs, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper in a bowl.&lt;br /&gt;2. Coat catfish with breadcrumbs mixture.&lt;br /&gt;3. My husband always makes fun of my coffee for it has more milk and cream than coffee. I can't drink dark coffee because it's so strong and bitter for me. We bought a box of ten mangoes for less than $5 at Sam's. It's now evenly yellow in texture. Very sweet in taste. Old fashioned me. I've read and followed a few bloggers for over a year now. I've tempted to create one for myself a long time ago but never had the time to do it. I've searched around as I tried to figure out how to use the blogging functions, it's amazing how many things I've learned along the way.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;Aside blogging, today my husband surprisingly announced that he wanted to go meatless for 3 days a week. Now, that's something I didn't expect coming out from him, the meat lover. Did I offend him? I laughed hysterically. A joke well formed! Turned out, he was serious and determined about it. For someone that has never liked to eat food without meat now wants to be a vegetarian for 3 days a week is some tough work. As for my part,  it'll be a challenge. I've learned to cook to the way he likes it, mainly meat dish. From today and on, I'll have to learn to be creative with vegetarian dish so we can do this a long term without getting bored to death while eating dinner lol.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;One of the dishes I made today is vegetarian stir fried egg noodle. It's simple and fast. I basically added almost everything I had in the fridge, mixed it up, spiced it up, and we had a dinner. Luckily, I measured as I cooked and it tasted fantastic. Therefore, you won't go wrong with this recipe .... if you follow the direction, that is.  :) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 153, 0);font-size:130%;" &gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-family:georgia;" &gt;Vegetarian Stir Fried Egg Noodle  (Mì Xào)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(153, 0, 0);font-family:arial;font-size:100%;"  &gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 153, 0);font-size:130%;" &gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-family:georgia;" &gt;&lt;a href="http://s672.photobucket.com/albums/vv81/PinzDaily/?action=view&amp;amp;current=ND_26.jpg" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;img src="http://i672.photobucket.com/albums/vv81/PinzDaily/ND_26.jpg" alt="Photobucket" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(153, 0, 0);font-family:arial;font-size:100%;"  &gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 153, 0);font-family:georgia;" &gt;Ingredients:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;1.5 cups bean sprout&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;1.5 cups Chinese cabbage&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;1/2 cup carrot&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;1 cup asparagus &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;1/4 of onion&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;8 dried mushrooms (soak in water at least 1-2 hours before slicing)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;1-2 green onions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;1/2 portion of fried firm tofu (fried and cut up)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;3-4 rolls of egg noodles (boil in water with salt and 2 Tbs oil for 1 minute &amp;amp; drain)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;5 Tbs of oil&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 153, 0);font-family:georgia;" &gt;Sauce:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;1.5 tsps salt&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;4.5 tsps sugar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;1.5 tsps soy sauce&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;4-6 Tbs water&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;1/2 tsps black pepper&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;1. Add oil in pan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;2. Add tofu. Stir about 30 seconds on high heat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;3. Add mushrooms. Continue to stir on high heat additional 30 seconds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;4. Add asparagus &amp;amp; onion and stir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;5. Add carrot &amp;amp; Chinese cabbage and stir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;6. Add sprout &amp;amp; green onions and stir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;7. Add egg noodle. Stir and mix with vegetables 1 minute (don't mix too long).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;8. Add sauce. Turn off heat. Mix well.
